Pasta Salad

Personally i am fond of pasta and my family just enjoys pasta in many different ways. Here is my latest experiment of pasta salad. It is a good recipe with different kinds of ingredients to meet dietary needs. So here you go:


1/2 cup boiled pasta ( i used conchiglie .. u may use any other that u have )

1/4 cup onion (rings separated)

1/4 cup bell pepper (red and yellow mixed)

1/8 cup sprouts (green gram lentil or mung bean)

1/4 cup cottage cheese diced into medium size pieces

1tsp olive oil

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp honey

some freshly ground black pepper

salt to taste

How to make:

In a frying pan put some olive oil and let it heat for some time (around 30 seconds)

Toss onion ,sprouts ,bell pepper and sprouts in oil for around a min on high flame.

Take off the flame and let it cool for some time.

Now add cottage cheese, pasta,lemon juice,honey,salt and pepper and give a quick mix.

Garnish with grated cottage cheese and enjoyy!!!
