Dark Belgium Chocolate Cup Cakes

For women to beat stress and low spirits there is nothing better than chocolates and shopping!!!!


So here is quick recipe for you all to try and indulge in yummy gooey chocolate cup cake:


1/2 cup all purpose four

1/2 cup cocoa powder (sugar free)

1/3 cup fresh curd

1/4 cup extra light olive oil

1/4 cup salted butter

1/3 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup + 1tbsp sugar powder

1/3 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup milk

Few chunks of dark Belgium chocolate

How to make these yummy cakes:

Sieve all purpose flour, cocoa powder,baking powder and baking soda and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl mix curd, milk and sugar well.

Now add olive oil and butter to this curd mixture and mix thoroughly.

Now slowly add the flour sieve above and mix well to make paste

Now pour this mixture in your cup cake case to fill it around 1/4.Then place chocolate piece and again pour some more mixture. This should fill your cupcake case to little more than half.

In a preheated oven, put these cup cake to bake for 8-10 mins at 180 degrees.

Some points worth remembering:

1) While baking all ingredients should be at room temperature.

2) Preheat oven at 200 degrees for 10 mins.
