Here is a quick dip that is just soo perfect for summers :
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
2tbsp finely chopped onion
2tbsp tomatoes (deseeded and chopped)
2tbsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves
1 clove of garlic grated (optional)
1tbsp extra light olive oil
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Red paprika powder to taste
1/4 tsp cumin powder
Few drops of lemon (optional)
How to make
In a bowl mix all the ingredients well and keep it fridge for around 30 mins before serving. Served cold.
